An Executive Session with <br /> 6 Briggs and Morgan, attorneys representing the City in the water <br /> 7 contamination litigation, preceded the Council meeting. <br /> 8 ROLL CALL <br /> 9 Present: Marks, Ranallo, Sundland, Enrooth, and Makowske. <br /> 10 Also present: Sue VanderHeyden, Acting City Manager <br /> 11 William Soth, City Attorney <br /> 12 SEPTEMBER 12, 1989 COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 13 Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to approve as submitted. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS <br /> 4R6 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve the following licenses: <br /> 17 Contractors <br /> 18 Conquest Construction Co. , New Brighton <br /> 19 M. Fitzgerald Construction, Inc. , Ham Lake <br /> 20 Zion Building Company, Independence, Missouri <br /> 21 Heating <br /> 22 Suburban Air Conditioning Co. , Blaine <br /> 23 Motor Vehicle Starting <br /> 24 Dick's St. Anthony 66 <br /> 25 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 26 CLAIMS <br /> 27 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve payment of all City <br /> 28 accounts payable for September 12th and liquor accounts payable for <br /> 29 August 31st and September 15th, as presented in the September 26th <br /> 30 Council agenda packet. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
