ANTHONY <br /> • NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> SIGN VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the Planning Commission of the <br /> City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, November 19, 1991, at 7:35 P.M. in the Council Chambers <br /> of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the purpose: <br /> Consideration of a request for a sign variance from Universal Sign Company, <br /> 1033 Thomas Avenue, St. Paul, for two (2) 5'9" X 20' "J C Penney" signs to <br /> be mounted on the existing Apache Plaza Shopping Center freestanding sign <br /> located on Silver Lake Road. Said signs are proposed to be located below <br /> existing Apache Plaza lettering and above the two (2) a)dsting Herberger's 5'9" <br /> X 20' signs. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter shall be heard at said time <br /> and place.
