The lot upon which a recreational vehicle, boat, snowmobile, all-terrain <br /> vehicle, or special purpose trailer is parked or stored in a non-conforming <br /> parking location shall have been owned or rented continuously since the <br /> enactment of this Section by the owner of the vehicle so parked or stored. <br /> Subd. 2. Proof of Ownership.
