CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Gondorchin at <br /> 6 7:05 P.M. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8. Commissioners present: Bergstrom, Makowske, Gondorchin, Franzese, and Thompson. <br /> 9 Commissioners absent: Horst and Faust. <br /> 10 Also present: Michael Mornson, City Manager and Management Assistant, Kim <br /> 11 Moore-Sykes. <br /> 12 Chair Gondorchin requested that item III be moved to the end of the meeting following item VII. <br /> 13 IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 15, 1994 PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES. <br /> 14 Motion by Makowske, second by Franzese,to approve the Planning Commission minutes of <br /> WNovember 15, 1994 with the following changes: <br /> 16 Page 5, Line 42: City Staff will verify spelling of"Mear(Mirror) Lake" and make needed <br /> 17 correction. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 V. DESIGNATE PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE TO COUNCIL'S <br /> 20 FEBRUARY 14, 1995 REGULAR MEETING. <br /> 21 Commissioner Thompson will represent the Planning Commission at the February 14, 1995 <br /> 22 Council Meeting. <br /> 23 VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS.- <br /> 24 A. Lot split request for 3125 Croft Drive. <br /> 25 At 7:10 P.M., Chair Gondorchin opened the public hearing for a lot split request for 3125 Croft <br /> 26 Drive,which would allow this lot to be split into two R-1 lots (Single Family Residential). <br /> 27 Management Assistant Kim Moore-Sykes reported the owner of 3125 Croft Drive is requesting <br /> 28 this lot be split into two R-1 lots. Lot A will be formed by the proposed lot split and will have a <br /> total lot size of 19,206 square feet with access off Old Highway 8. Lot B, 3125 Croft Drive, is <br /> 4 situated on a cul-de-sac and has a frontage of 58.44 feet. She reported the existing home on 3125 <br /> 31 Croft Drive was built in 1975.
