Because 60,000 s.f.of the proposed project is renovation of an exisiting <br /> facility,this multi-phased project involves the construction of nrw commercial space totaling 246,600 <br /> s.£ This exceeds the mandatory HAW threshold by 46,600 s.f. <br />
