Resolution 98-039, re: Approval of a Computer Consultant. <br /> 6 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve Resolution 98-039, approving NETLink <br /> 7 International as the City's Computer Consulting Service. <br /> 8 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 9 F. Resolution 98-040, re: Approval of the Contract with Northwest Youth and Family <br /> 10 'Services. <br /> I I Motion by Thuesen, second by Cavanaugh to approve Resolution 98-040, approving the <br /> 12 agreement with Northwest Youth and Family Services and authorizing the Mayor and City <br /> 13 Manager to execute said agreement. <br /> 14 Cavanaugh noted that the City had made an annual contribution of$2,500 and asked if the <br /> . 15 difference would be paid. <br /> 16 Mornson stated the difference of$700 will be paid. <br /> 17 Voting on the motion: Faust, Marks, Cavanaugh, Thuesen vote aye. Ordinance 1998-06, re: Fees for Tobacco and Tobacco Related Products (2nd Reading <br /> 27 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the 2nd reading of Ordinance 1998-006, <br /> 28 relating to fees for Tobacco and Tobacco related products; amending Section 615.06 of the 1993 <br /> 29 St. Anthony Code of Ordinances. <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
