DESIGNATE PARK COM 1ISSIONER TO AUGUST 199 1999 PLANNING <br /> 4 COMrvUSSION AND AUGUST 25, 1998 CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS. <br /> 5 Tindra asked whether the schedule for attending Council meetings was agreeable to all <br /> 6 Commission members. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Morris stated he and Koehntop switched dates with each other. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Motion by Koehntop, second by Siggelkow to approve the Commission schedule for <br /> 11 attending City Council meetings. <br /> 12 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 13 rV. PRESENTATION OF THE PARKS ORDINANCE AND THE PARKS <br /> 14 COMMISSION BY-LAWS. <br /> 15 Tindra stated City Manager Mike Mornson discussed this at last month's meeting. She <br /> 16 then asked for Commission input as to whether the item could be approved or should be <br /> 17 tabled. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Koehntop asked what the procedure should be for a member who cannot attend a <br /> 20 Commission meeting, and whom they should call. Tindra replied that members who <br /> 21 cannot attend meetings should call Public Works Director Hartman. Hartman stated he <br /> 22 can be reached at the City office before 3:30 p.m., or they can call him directly at 706- <br /> 23 1322. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Lambrecht asked how the minutes should address the Harding residents who attended the <br /> 26 last meeting. She suggested calling them St. Anthony Village citizens. J'indra replied that <br /> 27 they should be addressed as community residents for now_ She then asked if the <br /> 28 Commission wished to approve the Parks Ordinance. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Kosciolek asked for the procedure on amending bylaws, and whether a quorum is <br /> 31 required. rinds answered that the Commission can decide this as the process continues. <br /> 32 She then stated that under"Other Business,"new-members would be updated as to what <br /> 33 has taken place with the Commission so far. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Motion by Koehntop, second by Siggelkow to approve the Parks Commission By-Laws. <br /> 36 Motion carried unanimously, <br />
