Commission meetings. - <br /> 3 Jiindra stated the Commission needs to be open with the public to create trust, and that <br /> 4 accepting their input would help to do this. <br /> 5 Lambrecht requested that the Commission meet at the proposal site for the September 14 <br /> 6 meeting. Koehntop suggested each individual go on their own and report back to the <br /> 7 meeting. Louiselle suggested each member visit the site prior to the next meeting. <br /> 8 Morris asked about a date for the work session. Louiselle suggested it be held during the <br /> 9 September 14 meeting. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Wolff asked how many versions of the drawings there are. Morris stated there may be <br /> 12 minor changes only to the new drawings. He added that the Commission should form a <br /> 13 consensus at this meeting. <br /> 14 Wolff stated that Todd Hubmer would take care of the drawings and any changes. The <br /> 15 Commission's role would be to comment. <br /> 16 Siggelkow suggested the final vote wait until October or November, after the public has <br /> 17 had a,chance to review the plans. <br /> 18 Tindra asked if a work session is still needed. Wolff replied that no work session is needed <br /> 19 until after the drawings have been seen. <br /> 20 Wolff asked Todd Hubmer for a timeline of when the drawings would be completed. <br /> 21 Hubmer stated that the scaled drawings would be completed and presented on September <br /> 22 14. <br /> 23 Tindra asked if only Silver Point Park would be discussed at the next meeting. She added <br /> 24 that she would like to review Central Park with the Commission as well.
