City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> November 9, 1999 <br /> Page 10 <br /> 1 Thuesen and Cavanaugh volunteered to meet with the City Manager for a performance review, <br /> 2 determining goals and recommendations for salary. Ranallo suggested that the remaining mem- <br /> 3 hers of the Council submit a note regarding the review. <br /> 4 Motion by Marks, second by Cavanaugh, to approve Councilmembers Brian Thuesen and Dennis <br /> 5 Cavanaugh to meet with the City Manager for a performance review, goal setting, and raise pro- <br /> 6 posal. <br /> 7 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 8 Thuesen offered a suggestion that the newly elected Council review the current process of evalu- <br /> 9 ating the City Manager. His suggestion was to develop a uniform system so that all <br /> 10 Councilmembers are evaluating the City Manager on the same criteria. <br /> 11 X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. <br /> 12 None. <br /> 13 XI.
