MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: 11/15/00 MEETING DATE: 11/21/00 <br /> TO: Planning Commissioners <br /> FROM: Susan Henry, Assistant City Manager' <br /> RE: Concept Review: Request by Mako, Inc., to deed private alley to the City of <br /> St. Anthony <br /> Mako, Inc., is interested in deeding an alley to the City of St. Anthony. The alley is 20 feet wide and <br /> it begins at Rankin Road and dead ends into the Arbors Townhouse Development. According to the <br /> attached communication received from Mako, Inc., dated October 30, 2000, the neighboring <br /> properties are amenable to deeding the alley to the City. <br /> A public hearing is not required for this request; however, the City Council is looking for Planning <br /> Commission opinion at this time. The question for the Planning Commission at this time is, should <br /> the City take the alley or not? <br /> Staff Recommendation: Since this is a Concept Review, staff does not have a recommendation at <br /> this time. <br /> • <br />
