Although Melsha did not <br /> 2 agree with the Council's decision, he was appreciative of hearing Mayor Cavanaugh's side of the <br /> 3 project. <br /> 4 Hatch did not have any comments. <br /> 5 Assistant City Manager Isom noted that Chair Bergstrom and Commissioners Melsha and Hatch <br /> 6 are nearing the end of their terms. It is the City's hope, Isom relayed, that those gentlemen <br /> 7 would submit a letter to the City requesting reappointment by December 1. <br /> 8 X.
