Ordinances & Resolutions a. RESOLUTION 76-025 A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR AN ASSESSMENT HEARING ON SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1975-001 . The enclosed resolution is the normal form resolution calling the public hearing for assessments . ACTION: Recommend approval . b. RESOLUTION 76-026 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF REVENUE SHARING MONIES. This resolution accomplishes a routine transfer of funds from the special account we must by law maintain for revenue sharing to the general funds in accordance with the 1976 budget. ACTION: Recommend approval . C. RESOLUTION 76-027 RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CETA MONIES RECEIVED TO PAYROLL, PENSION & INSURANCE ACCOUNTS . The enclosed resolution will allow a routine transfer of funds received as reimbursement from the federal government into the proper accounts . ACTION: Recommend approval . d. RESOLUTION 76-028 RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1976 BUDGET. The enclosed resolution will allow the transfer of monies received from Columbia Heights for gasoline to the proper account in the Transportation-Garage budget so it can be used to replenish fuel supplies. ACTION: Recommend approval . e. RESOLUTION 76-029 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TREE REMOVAL SUBSIDY PROGRAM AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS. Enclosed you will find the resolution and the application for St. Anthony to join the program. The City has been hit very hard this summer with dutch elm disease i. e . (2 cases last year approximately 65 this year so far) and I feel we need the program both as an incentive for people to remove the trees promptly and to help those who cannot afford the expense . ACTION: Recommend approval .
