Ordinance re excavating and grading. Attached is the ordinance <br /> the attorney prepared that will adapt Chapter 70 of the Uniform <br /> Building Code as part of our code. Chapter 70 deals with esta- <br /> blishing grades on property and excavations in the city. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval <br /> e. Resolution No. 76-038 , Resolution Creating Fund No. 17 .
