MAYOR AND CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE ANIMAL CONTROL CON- <br /> TRACT WITH M.A.P.S.I. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by' Councilman Marks and seconded by Mayor- Haik to adopt the <br /> resolution which names Jim Fornell as the responsible authority <br /> and specifies procedures to be followed under the Data Practices <br /> Act. Mr. Fornell appoints Carol Johnson and Caroline Zappa as <br /> designees in the administration of the act. <br />
