Motion by Councilman Letourneau and seconded by Councilman Marks to appoint Michael M. Ondrey, 2094 32nd Avenue N.E. , -:to serve on the Cable T:V. Advisory Committee. Motion carried unanimously. The District #282 response to City queries regarding the heating of Parkview and Councilman Marks ' request for a discussion of the handicapped -parking at the Apache Medical Center were accepted as agenda addendum. • The modified fire prevention ordinance and,-the document provided by ,the Fire Marshal which would require sprinkler systems for light industrial, commercial and service office bu' dings were next considered. The Council indicated a willingne s to approve ? the modified ordinance, including the section which will require address numbers on the buildings, but withheld approval of inclu- sion of. the . sprinkler requirement which the City Attorney said he found of "very questionable legality since it would be inconsis- tent with the state building code.
