The vendor had accepted these changes, Mr:. Fornell said,----and although another bid had been received from M.S.-.D. Recycling, .it did not -appear to be as favorable as Dick' s. AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS . Motion carried unanimously. Richard' Bauer; -of the A. J. Herlitz . Construction Company, 2415 Brookridge- Avenue North, was present to request approval of the final plat as well as an extension- of- the, -.time-required- for sub- mission of the final platting for the residential development of the property at the southeast corner of '33rd -Avenue N.E. and Silver .Lake Road', which the Herlitz Company had- purchased from _Independent School District #28.2. The description- of .the limitation of access had been included in the preliminary plat, but had been omitted on the final plat, Mr. Soth confirmed, and itw_was agreed the -omission must be corrected before- the document .is signed by City officials. Motion by Councilman Suridland and -seconded by Councilman Ranallo to grant' the A..-.'J. -Herlitz Construction Company an extension of time limitation of "three -months which .has transpired .since the approval of the preliminary plat :.for residential development as proposed by the Herlitz Company. . _ Motion carried unanimously. _ Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman :Letourneau to' adopt the resolution which approves the -final platting of the A. J. Herlitz Addition contingent upon the restriction of access to Silver .Lake Road from .Lots 1 and 3 .being included in that plat- ting.
