Staff reported the alley
easement,-which might have provided expansion space, has been sold.
Mr. Berg said the developer., Pat O'Laughlin, had called him after
the Commission meeting to say he Is abandoning the project since
he could. not place enough units on the site to make the project
economically feasible.
Following the Commission report, the Council accepted as agenda
addendum the landscaping plans for the Stafford building and the
second reading of Ordinance- 1980-001.
Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to
approve the landscaping plans as presented by Mr_.
