CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> June 10 , 1980 <br /> The -meeting was called to order at 7 : 30 P.M. .by Mayor Haik. <br /> Present for roll call: Marks , Sundland,. Haik, Ranallo and <br /> Letourneau. <br /> Also present: Jim Fornell, City Manager; William Soth, City <br /> Attorney; and Carol. Johnson, Clerk/Treasurer. <br /> The minutes for the Council meeting held May .27 , 1980 were clarified <br /> to indicate in Paragraph #3 of page 5 the intent of the Planning <br /> Commission was to express the opinion that home-owned townhouses <br /> would be a .benefit to the community. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and .seconded .by Councilman Marks to <br /> approve as submitted the minutes for the Council 's May 27 , 1980 <br /> meeting. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The minutes for the Chemical Abuse Information Committee meeting <br /> held June 2, 1980 as well as that body' s financial report were <br /> accepted as informational. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Letourneau <br /> to adopt Resolution 80-036 . <br /> RESOLUTION 80-036 <br /> A .RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br /> AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE NORTH <br /> SUBURBAN MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT <br /> ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Several questions regarding the City's benefits for injury while <br /> on duty and overtime calculations were answered -by the Manager <br /> prior to.'the °.motion--accepting_the Contract-:-with the, City-Police <br /> Department. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Mayor Haik to adopt <br /> Resolution 80-037 . <br /> RESOLUTION 80-037 <br /> A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY AND A.F.S .C.M.E. LOCAL NO. 57 , <br /> REPRESENTING THE ST. ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />
