Manager instead to._ptepare <br /> a resolution setting a public hearing on the Apache request for <br /> July 22 , 1980 during the Council meeting to consider the City <br /> Attorney's serving as the bond counsel for .the project unless there <br /> should be a. conflict of interest involved, and, finally that the <br /> staff prepare a resolution whereby a policy of guidelines for <br /> Industrial. Redevelopment Revenue Bonds may be established for the <br /> City. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo _and�.seconded by Mayor Haik to follow <br /> the Manager' s June 5 , 1980 recommendations regarding a discount for <br /> evaporative cooling .to be included in the new sewer ordinance <br /> schedule of rates. <br />
