At this meeting, plans <br /> will be .made for a dance to be held in the Apache Mall -January <br /> 31st, the only. date Apache has open. The Council indicated they would <br /> be amendable to. following the. precedent of providing some seed <br /> money for the event. <br /> Councilman Marks- requested: clarification of who is to make the <br /> presentations during the St. Anthony Government Day observance <br /> November 19th. Mr:. Fornell said he saw the presentations as a joint <br /> councilman-department head effort and Mayor Haik emphasized that no <br /> presentation should exceed ten minutes with those attending urged <br /> to- submit .questions to individual officials later if desired. She <br /> also suggested it might be, most helpful for residents and others who <br /> come to City Hall to have pictures of . City officials and employees <br /> mounted in the front office. Staff will investigate these <br /> arrangements. <br /> .
