�� u7 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES January 27 , 1981 The meeting was called to order at 6 :00 P.M. by Mayor Pro Tem Sundland. Present for roll call: Letourneau, Ranallo, Sundland and Marks . Absent: Haik. Also present: Jim Fornell, City. Manager and Carol Johnson, Clerk/ Treasurer. Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to approve as presented the minutes for the January 31, 1981 Council meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Councilman Marks reported it had become apparent during the January 7th meeting of the Kenzie Terrace. Task Force that all members would not be able to attend every meeting. The Council agreed with the decision of the Task Force, as reflected in the minutes of that meeting, that future meetings should be scheduled for 7 :00 P.M. the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month., hoping that each member will be able to attend at least one meeting a month. Mayor Haik arrived at 6 :04 P.M. and was informed by the Manager that Jerry Ballot had notified staff he would be unable to attend any evening meetings . She asked that the mailing address for notices of the meetings to Roman Hentg.es be checked since Mr. Hentges has returned from Florida. She then assumed the chair. Motion .by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to adopt the resolution which amends the Section 8 Housing agreement to provide reimbursement for City administrative expenses. RESOLUTION 81-011 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE . CONTRACT` BETWEEN THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL AND THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to adopt Resolution 81-012 . RESOLUTION 81-012 A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE 1981-82 AGREEMENT BE'T'WEEN THE CITY AND TEAMSTERS LOCAL NO. 320 , • REPRESENTING THE ST. ANTHONY FIRE DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
