CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> April 14 , 1981 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Haik at 7 :32 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call : Haik, Sundland, Ranallo., Marks , Letourneau. <br /> Also present: Jim Fornell, City Manager; Ron. Berg, Administrative <br /> Assistant; William Soth, City Attorney; and Carol <br /> Johnson,.-Clerk/Treasurer. <br /> The following corrections were made to the Council minutes . for <br /> March 24 , 1981. <br /> Page 2 , para. 5 - Strike "his" ;- insert "the" . <br /> Page 5 , para. 3 , line 4 - Strike 1955.; insert 1880 . <br /> Page 4 , para. 5, line 5 - Strike passes; insert proposal. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland .-and- seconded by Councilman Marks to <br /> approve, as amended., the Council minutes of March 24 , 1981 and the <br /> minutes of the Work Sessions held April 1 and .April 8, 1981. <br /> • Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The Task ,Force minutes of March .25th and. April. 8th wereacknowledged <br /> and ordered filed... Mr.. Ranallo noted. the Task Force scheduled <br /> meetings with. the Planning Commission on April -.21 and the City <br /> Council April 28th. <br /> Mr. Fornell stated the .amount of payment due to Short-Elliott- <br /> Hendrickson, Inc.. indicated under (14) (c) of the agenda- summary was <br /> incorrect and should be $8 ,792. 16 as correctly shown on the invoice <br /> included .in the -agenda packet. <br /> Councilman Marks requested and it was- agreed, the subject of a stop <br /> sign on the corner of -32nd and Rankin Road .be -added to .the agenda <br /> for discussion under 9b. <br /> Motion by Councilman* Sundland. and .seconded by Councilman Ranallo to <br /> approve the second reading -of Ordinance 1981-006 . <br /> ORDINANCE 1981-006 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUSINESS LICENSES <br /> ELIMINATING THE REQUIREMENT FOR CITY <br /> RESTAURANT LICENSES, AMENDING A PORTION <br /> OF SECTION 510 :00 OF THE 1973 CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES OF THE .CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> Motion carried. unanimously. <br />
