In regard to Resolution- 81-024 , Mr:. AND COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTATION .FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE' OF RAILROAD CROSSING SIGNALS • Motion carried unanimously. Motion by .Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt ..Resolution 81-025. RESOLUTION 81-025 A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF S.T. ANTHONY AND THE BREWERY, LIQUOR, SOFT DRINK, CARBONATED AND SPRING WATER DRIVERS, HELPERS AND- INSIDE EMPLOYEES UNION LOCAL NO. 792 AND -THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND HOTEL, MOTEL, RESTAURANT.,- BAR. AND CLUB EMPLOYEES UNION LOCAL NO. 17 AND .SETTING WAGE INCREASES FOR THE WAITRESSES WHICH ARE NOT IN A' BARGAINING UNIT Motion. .carri.ed unanimously.. Councilman Sundland and Councilman Ranallo stated their belief that the proposed lease with I .S.D. #282 for City Hall space was a good lease for both the School District. and .the City. It was noted the agreement is for 6 ,000 square feet at $6 . 00 a square foot per year. . It was also stated that if .the City scheduled a public hearing where a particularly large turnout was expected, arrangements could be made. to use the cafetorium. Motion by Mayor Haik and seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt Resolution 81-026 .
