ANTHONY AND THE BREWERY, <br /> LIQUOR, SOFT DRINK, CARBONATED AND SPRING <br /> WATER DRIVERS, HELPERS AND- INSIDE EMPLOYEES <br /> UNION LOCAL NO. 792 AND -THE AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND HOTEL, <br /> MOTEL, RESTAURANT.,- BAR. AND CLUB EMPLOYEES <br /> UNION LOCAL NO. 17 AND .SETTING WAGE INCREASES <br /> FOR THE WAITRESSES WHICH ARE NOT IN A' BARGAINING UNIT <br /> Motion. .carri.ed unanimously.. <br /> Councilman Sundland and Councilman Ranallo stated their belief that <br /> the proposed lease with I .S.D. #282 for City Hall space was a good <br /> lease for both the School District. and .the City. It was noted the <br /> agreement is for 6 ,000 square feet at $6 . 00 a square foot per year. . <br /> It was also stated that if .the City scheduled a public hearing where <br /> a particularly large turnout was expected, arrangements could be <br /> made. to use the cafetorium. <br /> Motion by Mayor Haik and seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt <br /> Resolution 81-026 . <br />
