CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> • ° August 11, 1981 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Sundland at 7 :30 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call : Letourneau, Ranallo, Sundland, and Marks. <br /> Absent: Haik. <br /> Also present: Larry Hamer, Acting City Manager; William Soth, City <br /> Attorney; and Carol Johnson., Clerk/Treasurer. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Marks to <br /> approve as submitted the minutes for the Council meeting held <br /> July 28, 1981. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Letourneau <br /> to approve the first reading of .Ordinance 1981-009 , as revised by <br /> the City Attorney. <br /> ORDINANCE 1981-009 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO MULTIPLE DWELLINGS, <br /> LICENSES , AND REGULATIONS, AMENDING SECTION <br /> 310 :00 OF THE 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES BY <br /> • ADDING ADDITIONAL SECTIONS <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Hamer reported Dr. William Carr and Roscella Connelly of the <br /> City' s Advisory Committee to the Health Board, had recommended Council <br /> approval of Resolution 81-059 which approves the by-laws for the East <br /> Side Hennepin County Human Services Council and authorizes the City 's <br /> membership on the Council. Dr. Carr's provision of health services <br /> in Hennepin County, even though he resides in Ramsey County, was <br /> assumed to make him eligible to serve as the City' s representative. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Marks to <br /> adopt Resolution 81-059 . <br /> RESOLUTION 81-059 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EAST SIDE <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES COUNCIL <br /> BY-LAWS <br /> Motion- carried unanimously. <br /> Twelve thousand dollars is the . budget figure for the City' s shade <br /> tree sanitation program, according to the Acting City Manager. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to <br /> adopt Re.solution 81-060 . <br />
