-5- <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Sundland to <br /> approve payment of $1,078 .11 to Planning Design and Research <br /> • Engineers, Inc. for the infiltration/inflow analysis . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Childs reported that the Metropolitan Council 's budget hearings <br /> are set for September 15th, and indicated the League , of Minnesota <br /> Cities is urging the development of strategies to deal with anticipated <br /> problems for industrial revenue bonding.. and .tax increment financing <br /> in the. next legislative session.
