ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> April 13 , 1982 <br /> Mayor Sundland opened the- meeting. with the - Pledge of Allegiance at <br /> 7 : 30 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call: Marks , Ranallo, Sundland, Letourneau, and <br /> Enrooth. <br /> Also present: : Dave Childs ,. City . Manager; William Soth, City Attorney; <br /> Carol Johnson, _ Finance. Director; and Lee Entner, <br /> Fire Chief. <br /> The . following were changes made in the-.minutes for the March 23rd <br /> Council meeting: <br /> Page 1 , para. 10 : Substitute "25" for "24" in the last line.. <br /> Page 2 , para. 3 Amend the report of the Mayor's recollection to <br /> reflect that "the pathway planning committee did <br /> not think the abutting property owners would be <br /> willing to assume the responsibility for snow <br /> removal from- the walkways" . <br /> Motion by Councilman Letourneau.. and seconded by Councilman Marks to <br /> approve as amended the minutes for the Council meeting held -March 23 , 1982 . <br /> Motion carried unanimously . <br /> Motion by Councilman Letourneau. and seconded by Councilman. Ranallo to <br /> approve as submitted the minutes for the Council work session held <br /> April 5 , 1982 . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion .by Councilman.' Ranallo and seconded: by Councilman Letourneau <br /> to grant a temporary beer permit to. Carl .Branger,. 3604 33rd Avenue N.E. , <br /> for the Village Originals picnic .to be. held in- Central Park from <br /> 2 :00 P'.M. to 8:00 P.M. , September 11 , 1982 . <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye : Ranallo, Letourneau, Sundland, and Enrooth. <br /> Nay : Marks . <br /> Motion carried. <br /> It was noted -that, as requested .by Councilman Letourneau, ' the. applicant's <br /> age had been verified before the beer permit approved March 23rd had <br /> been issued. <br /> Councilman Ranallo reported. receiving a .number of complaints from <br /> • residents. who live near the Srogaa -Standard Station, 320.1. Stinson Boulevard, <br /> about the number of trucks .and. other- vehicles which are parked for <br /> long periods 'outside. the fence which was intended to serve as screen <br />
