Year Reunion, October 15th. <br /> • Mr. Hamer answered questions on the work .which had been completed and <br /> discussed the Matheny Cons.truction .Co. 's billing for the .project which <br /> he confirmed did not include overlay costs . Cable T.V. service to the community . <br /> In his cover memorandum, Mr. Childs had informed the Council that the <br /> Kenzie Terrace Senior Project had failed to get-H.U.D. financing. The <br /> Mayor read aloud. the ,letter he proposes to send to the City 's repre- <br /> sentatives in Washington D:C. questioning why projects which had been <br /> ranked 7th and 11th by- .the Metropolitan Council and local H.U.D. <br /> office -had been selected for funding over the third ranked St. Anthony <br /> project. Councilman .Enrooth said--he was anxious to have this matter <br /> pursued further since he perceives not having this project go through <br /> • might have an adverse effect on the H.R.A. project. <br />
