CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> '•. COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> April 12 , 1983 <br /> The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> Sundland at 7: 30 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call : : Enrooth, Letourneau, Sundland, Ranallo and <br /> Marks. <br /> Also present: David Childs, City Manager. <br /> Motion by Councilman Letourneau and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to <br /> approve as submitted the minutes of the Council meeting held March <br /> 22 , 1983. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to <br /> approve as submitted the minutes of the Special Council meeting <br /> related to the City's various water issues held April 5 , 1983. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> In discussing the various license applications listed. in the agenda <br /> ® packet, Mr. Childs reported the bowling alley had indicated they no <br /> longer needed two amusement devices and were fully aware their decision <br /> was irreversible, which left two licenses available to grant to the <br /> American Legion. The Manager also reiterated, as noted on the appli- <br /> cations, that the Police Department had found no reasons for denying <br /> any beer or amusement devices licenses . <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to <br /> grant the following licenses and permits as listed in the April 12, <br /> 1983 Council agenda: <br /> Vending. -- St. Anthony Self-Serve Laundry. <br /> Off-Sale 3. 2 Beer -- Jim' s Speedy Market and Jet Store at 3001 <br /> 37th Avenue N.E. <br /> Service Station -- St. Anthony. Mobil; Jim's Speedy Market; and Murphy ' s <br /> Service Center. <br /> Cigarettes -- St. Anthony Mobil; Jim's Speedy Market; and Advance <br /> Carter Co. (Apache Liquor, 2; Burger Chef, 1; and <br /> St. Anthony Liquor, 4) . <br /> . Amusement Devices -- Advance Carter Co. (Apache Bowl, 16 ; Apache Liquor, <br /> 2 ; Pizza Hut, 2; St. Anthony Liquor, 7; and <br /> American Legion Post #513, 2) . <br /> Juke Box -- Advance Carter Co: (Apache. Liquor, 1 and St. Anthony <br /> Liquor, 3) . <br /> On-Sale 3. 2 Beer -- Pizza Hut Restaurant. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
