Mayor Pro Tem Ranallo said he perceived at this time the Council had been <br /> provided with only intangibles and he foresaw the residents would. demand more <br /> tangible evidence of the worth* of the service. <br /> Mr. Clausen requested that before the. work' s ession is -held, the Council members <br /> talk to League of Cities members who are participating in the program to find out <br /> first hand how- they see the programiis worth to their communities.
