• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> January 22, 1985 <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> The meeting was opened at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> Sundland. <br /> Present for roll call : Sundland, Marks, Enrooth, Makowske, and Ranallo. <br /> Also present: David Childs, City Manager; William Soth, City Attorney; and Carol <br /> Johnson, Finance Director. <br /> The following amendments and corrections were made to the January 8, 1985 Council <br /> minutes : <br /> Page 2, para. 10: Add "from the warehouse" to the last sentence of the paragraph. <br /> Page 3, para. 1 : Change the letter "m" to the letter "1 " in the first sentence, <br /> making the word "letter" rather than "metter". <br /> Page 5, para. - 1 : Substitute "three year terms" for "two year terms" in the first <br /> sentence. <br />{ Page 5, para. 7: Correct the spelling of "guaranty" to "guarantee". <br /> s Motion by Councilman Makowske and seconded by Mayor Sundland to approve as amended <br /> the minutes of the Council meeting held January 8, 1985. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to approve contractors <br /> licenses to Thomas Development & Design, Bloomington; MNC International , Minneapolis; <br /> G. M. Northrop Construction, Lakeville; and Robbins Brothers Construction, Inc. , <br /> Bloomington, as submitted in the January 22, 1985 Council agenda. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Enrooth and seconded by Councilman Makowske to approve payment <br /> of the verified claims as listed in the January 22, 1985 Council agenda. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> After clarifying that the City will be reimbursed by School District #282 for <br /> half the-total fee, motion was made by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman <br /> Ranallo to approve payment of $1 ,275.38 to Howard Dahlgren Associates. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Councilman Makowske inquired when the City ' s membership in the Minnesota League of <br /> Cities comes due and was informed it had come due late in 1984. Motion by Council - <br /> �- man Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Marks to approve payment of $556.00 for <br /> membership dues to the National League of Cities.. <br /> i Motion carried unanimously. <br />
