Consultant, distributed copies of three resolutions
mandated by statute to be adopted by the Council , and two which would have to
be approved by the H.R. A. before that action could be taken. The Council members
had also been furnished copies of the February 8, 1985 revised tax increment cash
flow projections from Springsted Corporation.
Councilman Ranallo- looked over the documents and said he "was not going to vote
on any materials which I have not read in advance". The Councilman .indicated
he had protested in the past about having to act on important documents without
sufficient time to make an educated decision and asked if the .decision couldn 't
be tabled until the next Council meeting. Mr. Krier told the Councilman the -
documents were the same type of resolutions which had been passed for the Kenzington
project and said he doubted that the Walbon family could delay the sale of their
land any longer since their own purchase of relocation property had already been
is delayed by the City's failure to purchase the site for more than six weeks.
