-3- <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> • Motion by Councilmember Marks and seconded by Councilmember Enrooth to adopt the <br /> resolution which gives preliminary authorization to the Multi-family Housing <br /> Development Program for Chandler Place, to be developed and owned by the St. <br /> Anthony Health Center on the northeast- corner of Chandler Drive and 37th Avenue <br /> N.E. , which would be consistent with the Housing Plan of the City and financed <br /> by issuance of $6,350,000 in Multi-family Housing Revenue Bonds. <br /> RESOLUTION 85-033 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. <br /> (.CHANDLER PLACE) UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 462C AND PROVIDING <br /> PRELIMINARY AUTHORIZATION FOR.THE ISSUANCE OF HOUSING REVENUE BONDS <br /> IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $6,350,000 TO <br /> ST. ANTHONY HEALTH CENTER, PURSUANT TO THE ACT <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Goblursh then indicated that, if the bids should come in a couple of hundred <br /> thousand dollars higher than the $6,350,000 figure, the bond counsel would likely <br /> call for another public hearing on,the higher amount. He also said the bond <br /> company would be anxious to sell the bonds early in the fall to avoid the glut of <br /> sales anticipated for the last of the year. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Ranallo and seconded by Councilmember Makowske to grant <br /> the following licenses and approve the multiple dwelling registrations as listed <br /> • in the July 9, 1985 Council agenda packet: <br /> BENCH LICENSE <br /> U.
