ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> August 13, 1985 <br /> The meeting was opened at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Pro <br /> Tem Ranallo. <br /> Present for roll call : Ranallo, Marks, and Enrooth. <br /> Absent: Makowske (.arrived at 7:41 P.M. )_ and Mayor Sundland. <br /> Also present: David Childs, City Manager; and Steve Carlson, Administrative Intern. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Marks and- seconded by Councilmember Enrooth to approve the <br /> minutes of the July 23, 1985 Council meeting with the following amendment: <br /> Page 8, para. 7: Insert Motion by Councilmember Ranallo and seconded by Council- <br /> member Marks to adopt Resolution 85-034" before the description <br /> of that resolution. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> During the discussion of the minutes, the Manager confirmed that the special meeting <br /> to approve the META partnership financing package for the Kenzington project, which <br /> • had been anticipated on page 7 of the minutes, had been conducted by the St. Anthony <br /> Housing and Redevelopment Authority at 5:.00 P.M. , August 9th: <br /> Motion by Councilmember Enrooth. and seconded by Councilmember Marks to approve the <br /> multiple dwelling registration as applied for by John H. Krohn Investments, for <br /> 3817 Macalaster Drive and to grant the following licenses as listed in the August 13th <br /> Council agenda packet: <br /> Contractors <br /> Modern Insulation, Inc. , Osseo <br /> Watson-Forsberg Co. , Minneapolis <br /> King' s-Brian Construction Co. , Fridley <br /> Heating <br /> Sedgwick Heating & Air Conditioning <br /> Richmond & Sons Electric, Inc. <br /> Dahm' s Heating, Inc. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Mayor Pro Tem Ranallo and seconded by Councilmember Enrooth to grant temp- <br /> orary 3.2 beer permits for the following activities: <br /> 1 . to the committee chairman for the annual parish steak fry to be held the evening <br /> • of September 6th on the St. Charles Borromeo Church grounds at 2420 St. Anthony <br /> Boulevard; <br />
