The Mayor Pro Tem said <br /> he had already been authorized to go as a member of the Minnesota League of Cities <br /> task force, depending, of course, on the outcome of the November 5th elections. <br /> Councilmember Makowske arrived at 7:41 P.M. and indicated she would also like to go <br /> • to the conference. <br />
