ANTHONY <br /> • COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> February 11 , 1986- <br /> The <br /> 986The meeting 'was opened at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge-of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> Sundland. <br /> Before the roll was taken, the Mayor expressed his own, the Council 's,, and staff's , <br /> sorrow at the untimely death of. Michael Franzese, husband of. Rosemary Franzes_e, the <br /> Planning- Commission. Chair. The Mayor invited those present to join him in' a moment <br /> of prayer after which arrangements were made to -send a memorial -to the Franzese <br /> family. <br /> Present for roll call : Marks, Ranallo,- Sundland, Enrooth, and Makowske. <br /> Also present: David Childs, City Manager. <br /> The Manager indicated the Council 's January 28th minutes would be presented for their <br /> consideration at the next Council meeting. <br /> Motion by Mayor Sundland and seconded by Councilmember Enrooth to approve as submitted <br /> the minutes of the Council work session held February 4, 1986. <br /> - Motion carried unanimously. <br /> . Motion by Councilmember Makowske and seconded -by Councilmember Marks to grant the <br /> following licenses as listed in the February 11 , 1986; Counci.l 'agenda packet: <br /> Laundry Vending <br /> St. Anthony Self-Service Laundry <br /> Rubbish Removal <br /> Woodlake.
