The <br /> Council consensus was that a special work session by the Planning Commission should <br /> be scheduled for October 6th. <br /> Personnel Matter Discussed <br /> • Mr. Childs was given Council direction related to a personnel matter which involves <br /> insurance coverage relating to retirees.
