Johnson, 3100 - 29th Avenue N.E. for <br /> the Minneapolis Emergency Communications and Police softball tournament <br /> and barbeque to be in Silver Point Park, May 3 , 1987 . The permit is <br /> granted only until 10: 00 P.M. which is the time the park officially <br /> closes. <br /> The Council also grants a permit to Shirley Nordahl, 3513 Skycroft Drive, <br /> for the family picnic to be held in Central Park from noon until 8: 00 <br /> P.M. , Mother' s Day, May 10 , 1987 . <br /> • Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Ranallo, Sundland, Enrooth, Makowske. <br /> Nay: Marks (reiterated opposition to beer being served in parks) . <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CLAIMS <br /> Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve payment of all the <br /> verified claims for City accounts payable for March 31, 1987 ( 2) and <br /> April 14, 1987 ( 1) which were included in the agenda packet and provided <br /> by staff. The Council also approves all the liquor accounts payable for <br /> March 31st listed in the agenda packet. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve the following claims as <br /> they were listed in the agenda packet: <br /> *$6,690.00 to be paid to Maple Grove Heating & Air Conditioning for <br /> the installation of a 3-1/2 ton air conditioning system in the City <br /> administrative offices; <br /> *$1,835.25 to the Edward J. Hance law firm for City prosecution <br /> • services from March 5 to April 1, 1987 ; <br />
