ANTHONY <br /> • C OUN C 2 L M=NUTS S <br /> O CTOB ER 1 3 , 1 9 8 7 <br /> 1 The meeting was opened at 7 : 30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 2 led by Mayor Pro Tem Ranallo. <br /> 3 Present for roll call: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Makowske. <br /> 4 Absent: Mayor Sundland because of surgery undergone by his <br /> 5 wife, Ardelle. <br /> 6 Also present: David Childs, City Manager <br /> 7 William Soth, City Attorney <br /> 8 Carol Johnson, Finance Director <br /> 9 Larry Hamer, Public Works Director <br /> 10 Don Hickerson, Chief of Police <br /> 11 Ray Nelson, Liquor Operations Manager <br /> 12 SEPTEMBER 22 , 1987 COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 13 Motion by Makowske, seconded by Marks to approve the above <br /> 14 minutes with the following changes: <br /> +15 Page 1 , line 1 : Insert "Ranallo" <br /> 16 Page 6 , line 40: Substitute "1 , 500" for "15 ,000" . <br /> 17 Page 11, line 27: Substitute "big" for "bad" before "thing" . <br /> 18 Page 12 , line 1: Delete "all" before "their" . <br /> 19 Page 15, line 19: Delete "the" before "he" . <br /> 20 Page 18, line 35 : Insert "that if" after "perceived" . <br /> 21 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 22 LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS <br /> 23 Councilmember Enrooth indicated that he had noted while reading <br /> 24 the September 22nd minutes that four of the licenses approved <br /> 25 September 22nd had been listed for approval again that evening. <br /> 26 Council Action <br /> 27 Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to grant the following as <br /> 28 listed in the October 13th agenda packet after deleting those the <br /> 29 Council had already approved: <br /> 30 Motor Vehicle Starting <br /> 31 Apache Mobile Service <br /> 32 1 <br />
