• 1 Contractors <br /> 2 Nordquist Sign Company <br /> 3 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 4 CLAIMS <br /> 5 Architects Service Charges to be Adjusted for Contractors Errors <br /> 6 Mr. Childs noted the letter which accompanied the architect' s <br /> 7 billing for administration services on the Stonehouse/Liquor <br /> 8 Addition project and said he would be contacting Fullerton Lumber <br /> 9 regarding the charges the architect attributed to contractor <br /> 10 error for which adjustments would be made later. <br /> 11 Council Action <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment of <br /> 13 $2 ,997 . 50 from the Liquor Fund to BWBR Architects for construc- <br /> 14 tion administration on the Stonehouse/Liquor Addition project <br /> 15 through August 26, 1987 . <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> `17 Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Makowske to approve payment of <br /> 18 $1 ,117 . 85 ( $555. 00 from the Liquor Fund) to the Dorsey & Whitney <br /> 19 law firm for legal services during August, 1987 . <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve payments of <br /> 22 $1 ,164 . 21 and $2 ,435. 92 to Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. for <br /> 23 engineering services on Highcrest Road Retention Basin Inlet <br /> 24 Structure and Lift Station #1 projects, respectively. <br /> 25 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 26 Motion by Makowske, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment of <br /> 27 $24 ,896. 08 to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission for <br /> 28 September sewer service charges. <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 30 Office Senior Accountant Position to be Filled Soon <br /> 31 Two sets of City accounts payable had been distributed by Mr. <br /> 32 Childs who told Councilmember Makowske the payment to Control <br /> 33 Data Temps represented the costs of having a temporary recep- <br /> 34 tionist while a permanent accountant position is being sought for <br /> 35 the City offices.
