01 Council Meeting <br /> 2 June 4, 1991 <br /> 3 Page 7 <br /> 4 <br /> 5 were changed wherever they appeared in the document during the <br /> 6 meeting. The Manager reported the revised revision would be shown to the <br /> 7 Planning Commission, June 18th. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Motion by Marks, seconded by Fleming to approve the second reading of <br /> 10 Ordinance 1991-004 changing the use district around Silver Lake from R-1, <br /> 11 single family residence, to R-1 A, single family lakeshore residence, with <br /> 12 revisions discussed during the June 4, 1991 Council meeting. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 C. Second Reading of Ordinance 1991-005 <br /> 17 The City Attorney had revised Section 310:70 of the multiple dwelling <br /> 18 licensing ordinance for insertion in this ordinance where it fit better with <br /> 19 garbage recycling. Slight wording changes were made in the rest of the <br /> 20 ordinance as well. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Motion by Marks, seconded by Wagner to approve the second reading of <br /> 23 the revised Ordinance 1991-005 relating to recycling in R-4 zoning districts. <br /> SE4 <br /> 25 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 XI.
