He noted that Hennepin County has stated that the proposals <br /> 1 made by the City would not be eligible for funding. Minneapolis has no <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> drop-off site. Ordinance No. 1991-004; Re: Rezoning of Lakeshore Properties (3rd <br /> 30 Reading) <br /> 32 The City Manager advised that a hearing was held last Tuesday on this <br /> 33 ordinance. It addresses the area around Silver Lake-and only one pro- <br /> 4 perty owner spoke and he was supportive of the ordinance. The Planning <br /> 35 <br /> Commission recommends approval of passage. <br /> 36 Motion by Ranallo, second by Wagner to have the third reading and approve <br /> 37 adoption of Ordinance No. 1991-004 being an ordinance rezoning single <br /> 36 family property on the shore of Silver Lake, amending Section 3, sub- <br /> 39 <br /> division 1 of the zoning ordinances to add a new single family lakeshore <br /> 41 residence District R-lA classification, and by adding a new Section <br /> 42 4A setting forth the zoning regulations for the new R-lA Di,strict <br /> 43 to Appendix I of the 1973 Code of Ordinances. <br /> 44 -Motion carried unanimously <br /> Lr, <br /> 46 C. Ordinance No. 1991-005; Re: Multi-Dwelling Recycling (3rd Reading) <br /> 47 Dave Urbia advised he has contacted. all multiple dwelling owners or <br /> 48 caretakers regarding this ordinance and recycling in their properties. <br /> 49 He noted that nearly all of these buildings have instituted recycling <br /> 50 <br />
