Commissioner Murphy responded that Mr . Alwan intends <br /> 45 to have eight kiddie rides with the remainder being video <br /> 46 games . All of the video games will be in the back area of <br /> 47 the establishment according to the sketchy floor plan <br /> 45 submitted by the owner .
