He views the operation as a fur: 38 center and arcade and feels another business of this type 39 is not needed in St . Anthony. He reflected on the 40 problems which have been experienced with thi-s type of 41 business in the past . He has no problems with the kiddie 42 rides but recalled the problems associated with a former 43 operation with video games at the shopping mall even when 44 the owner tried to make it very successful . 45 46 Mr . Alwan observed the problems presently happening with 47 the bowling alley at Apache Plaza and felt they all 48 stemmed from poor supervision. He stated he intends to 49 have considerable control and supervision at his 50 establishment . He is focusing on having this business a 51 successful restaurant rather than an arcade . Mr . Alwan 52 stated the amount of money he has already put into the 53 operation and so,-,.e of the dally specials he is including 4 on the menu .
