Anthony prosecutions . <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 D. North Suburban Cable Commission <br /> .23 <br /> 24 Motion by Fleming, second by Wagner to approve payment in <br /> 25 the amount of $9, 149 . 40 to the North Suburban Cable <br /> Commission . <br /> 8 The City Manager advised that the city receives franchise <br /> 29 funds .
