He noted <br /> 17 that the increase is minimal at about seventy-five cents <br /> 18 per quarter per residence. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the first <br /> 21 reading of Ordinance No. 1992-002 being an ordinance <br /> 22 relating to water rates ; amending Subds . 2 and 3 of <br /> 23 Section 550 : 00 of the 1.973 Code of Ordinances of the City <br /> 24 ! of St .
