Some of <br /> 7 the items to be financed could be drainage, water runoff, <br /> 8 utilities and relocation costs . <br /> 9 <br /> 10 The City Manager advised there will be no, need for funds <br /> 11 to do improvements . He felt everyone was supportive of <br /> 12 having CUB locate in St . Anthony. He regretted that a <br /> 13 recent newspaper article left the impression that the <br /> 14 City is causing the delay. It was noted that neither City <br /> 15 staff nor Super Value representatives had breached the <br /> 16 communiction regarding the locating of the store in the <br /> 17 City. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 He noted that there are four criteria which must be met <br /> 20 to be eligible for TIF funds . CUB is very excited at the <br /> 21 idea of having one of its stores located in the City and <br /> 22 is considering expanding the original size of the store <br /> 23 in the proposal . <br /> 24 <br /> 25- Meeting to Discuss Bus Route <br /> 26 <br /> 27 On Wednesday, April 15th, Mayor Ranallo will be meeting <br /> with an MTC Commissioner and a Minneapolis Park <br /> Boardmember to discuss a bus route being placed down <br /> 30 Stinson Boulevard . This route will accommodate the public <br /> 31 transportation needs of residents at Kenzie Terrace and <br /> 32 Autumn Woods . <br /> 33 <br /> 34 The City Manager noted he has requested the City Attorney <br /> 35 to contact the MTC' s legal counsel regarding this matter <br /> 36 and report his findings back to the City Council . <br /> 37 <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Volunteer Recognition Week Proclamation <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the <br /> 42 Volunteer Recognition Week Proclamation which designates <br /> 43 the week of April 26 - May 2 , 1992 as Volunteer <br /> 44 Recognition Week in St . Anthony. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 47 <br /> 48 Earth Day Proclamation <br /> 49 <br /> 50 The St . Anthony Lion ' s Club is sponsoring Earth Day and <br /> 51 will be selling stickers to promote interest in the <br /> 52 environment . <br /> The City Manager advised that. the profits realized from <br />
