Resolution No. 92-026 ; Re : Parkina Restrictions on 37th <br /> 15- Avenue Northeast <br /> 16 <br /> 17 The City Manager advised that to use state aid funds on the <br /> 18 widening of 37th Avenue it must meet specifications and be <br /> 19 made forty-four feet wide with park-ing prohibitions on both <br /> 20 sides of the street all the way to Silver Lake Road. <br /> 21 Presently, 37th Avenue is not wide enough to meet these <br /> 22 requirements . <br /> 23 <br /> 24 He also stated that it is not required that residents on this <br /> 25 section of 37th Avenue be notified of the no parking ban but <br /> 26 he will advise them. <br /> IMotion by Fleming, second by Wagner to adopt Resolution No. <br /> 29 92-026 being a resolution restricting - parking on 37th Avenue <br /> 30 between Silver Lake Road and Stinson Boulevard Northeast . <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 34 <br /> 35 <br /> 36 C.
