Ordinance No. 1992-002 ; Re : Increase in Water Rates ( 3rd <br /> 30 Reading) <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve the third <br /> 33 reading and passage of Ordinance No. 1992-002 being an _ <br /> 34 ordinance relating to water rates ; amending Subds . 2 and- <br /> 35 3 of Section 550 : 00 of the 1973 Code of Ordinance of the <br /> 36 City of St . Anthony. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 39 <br /> 40 B. Enaineerina Proposal for Analyzing the County Road E <br /> 41 Drainaae System <br /> 42 <br /> 43 The City Manager stated this analysis should advise what <br /> 44 impact will be had on Silver Lake by additional water <br /> 45 flow from the Wexford Development , any development at <br /> 46 Apache Plaza and the reconstruction proposed for Silver <br /> 47 Lake Road regarding water quality and increases in the <br /> 48 level of the water . <br /> 49 <br /> 50 He advised the costs for this analysis will be assessed <br /> 51 back to the developer of Wexford Heights who has created <br /> 52 some of the problems through a Joint Powers Agreement <br /> with the City of St . Anthony, Ramsey County and the <br /> *4 Department of Natural Resources . <br />
