Hance and LeVahn Law Firm <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve a claim in the <br /> 22 amount of $2 , 400 . 00 to Hance and LeVahn Law Firm for legal <br /> 23 services rendered for the month of August , 1992 , relative to <br /> 24 St . Braun Intertech. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve a claim in the <br /> 31 amount of $1 , 192. 00 to Braun Intertech for professional <br /> 32 services rendered for the pavement management and program <br /> 33 installation. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 The City Manager advised that the complete report on the <br /> 36 pavement management has been received from Braun Intertech. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 39 <br /> 40 <br /> 41 D. Calgon Carbon Corporation <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve a claim in the <br /> 44 amount of $85, 380 . 00 to Calgon Carbon Corporation. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 In response to a question from Mr. Frank Budni-cki , a resident <br /> 47 of St . Anthony, the City Manager advised that this charge <br /> 48 reflects a twelve month period of service.
