REPORTS <br /> 26 <br /> A. Report by Jeff Hansen - Pahl Avenue Resident <br /> Mr. Hansen stated his purpose in appearing before the City <br /> 30 Council is to respond to some statements made by his neighbor, <br /> 31 Mr. Tom Hoban, at the July 28th Council Meeting. His intent is <br /> 32 to also respond to some inaccurate information which appeared <br /> 33 in the August 4th edition of the Focus newspaper and the. <br /> 34 August 5th edition of the Bulletin newspaper. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Mr. Hansen prefaced his remarks by stating that his roommate, <br /> 37 Glenn Brown, had no involvement with the activities noted by <br /> 38 Mr. Hoban. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 He feels much of the problems which were addressed by Mr. <br /> 41 Hoban resulted from failure to communicate involving the <br /> 42 neighbors , his landlord, city staff and himself . <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Mr. Hansen addressed the issues of his parking his vehicle for <br /> 45 long periods of time in front of his neighbors ' homes ; a <br /> 46 refrigerator left outside on his property; washing of his <br /> 47 vehicles ; and a potential health hazard from chemicals which <br /> 48 residents claimed were on his property.. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 <br />
